For students who haven't collected data yet but want to lock in the right analysis plan before IRB submission

Includes:

• 45-minute study design consultation

• Power/sample size calculation

• Full statistical methods for IRB application

• Full Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP): outcomes, exposures, covariates, model specification, missing data plan, and table shell templates

• Two rounds of revisions on SAP

• 2 week turnaround from when we have everything we need

Standard Package - $1,200 (or $500 after being a Design-Only customer)

For simple pre/post or two-group capstones with a single primary outcome

Includes:

• Everything in Design-Only Package, plus

• Data cleaning: up to 25 variables, recoding, missingness summary, outlier screening

• Descriptive statistics: Table 1 and outcome summary tables

• 1 inferential model (ex: paired t-test, chi-square, or 1 linear or logistic regression model)

• Results write-up (statistics section only) + non-technical interpretation summary

• Two rounds of revisions on all deliverables

• 3 week turnaround from when we have everything we need

For simple pre/post or two-group capstones with a single primary outcome

Includes:

• Everything in Design-Only Package and Standard Package, plus

• Complex data cleaning: > 25 variables, messing EHR extracts, derived variables

• Multiple inferential models or advanced methods (ex: mixed effects, survival analysis)

• Sensitivity/robustness analyses

• Up to 4 publication-quality figures

• Up to 3 journal-ready tables

• Methods section write-up (statistical analysis portion only)

• Two rounds of revisions on all deliverables

• 4 week turnaround from when we have everything we need

Journal Review Package

For additional assistance responding to journal reviewers

Includes:

• Reviewer comment audit (categorizing comments as major, minor, writing, conceptual, etc.)

• Point-by-point response to comments

• Strategy guidance (re-run required vs. just reframe vs. defend as-is)

• Statistical review

• Manuscript review (for wording and content)

• Add on: execute statistical revisions required to address reviewer/editor comments, update tables/figures and methods/results to match

• One round of revision on all deliverables

• 2 week turnaround from when we have everything we need
